Sardèk Love is an internationally recognized consultant, motivational and keynote speaker, and training and development expert. He specializes in the areas of management and leadership development, production and operations management, employee engagement, customer service, and behavioral assessments. His international experience includes instructing Leadership Skills for clients in Indonesia, Scotland, Nigeria, Angola, and Kuwait; Safety Leadership for clients in Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Australia; and Customer Service for the Jamaica Customer Service Association in Jamaica. Prior to working independently, Sardek was a Program Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton - a leading global technology and strategy consulting firm. He also worked in a variety of management roles in the Insurance industry with MetLife Insurance Company and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Mr. Love has been a member of ASTD for over a decade. In 2007, he was President of the award-winning Metropolitan Washington DC Chapter. He continues to provide senior level leadership to ASTD as he is the 2010 Chair of the ASTD Leaders Conference Advisory Program Committee. Sardèk is also a member of the Regional Advisory Council (RAC) for the Fairfax County, Virginia, branch of the United Way. For University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), he serves as an advisor on the Instructional Systems Development Graduate Program Advisory Board.
